Our biggest goal is to make sure every valued customer has a great experience. So, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, and do not wish to exchange it, you may return it to us for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees.

We will send you a return label to the email used to declare the return.
Ship the product you wish to return using the label provided.
A refund for the price of the product(s) minus return shipping and handling will be processed once the item(s) are received.

Lilly Brush currently ships to all 50 states within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally, but we have resellers in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, and Australia. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you find a reseller near you.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email when your order has shipped.

Once processed, orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation via email when your package is delivered.
